FCDO Services has developed a Digital Sensitivity Review capability that enables UK Government departments to meet the requirements of the Public Records Acts to select, review and transfer digital records consistently and securely for permanent preservation at The National Archives.

A variety of Artificial Intelligence technologies are used within the process, including the initial curation of unstructured source records, the appraisal and selection of records that meet the criteria for permanent preservation, the sensitivity review process to remove all sensitivities in accordance with the law and in such a way that as much of the original record as possible is available to the public, and finally robotic processing of the records to enable the high standard of transfer required by The National Archives.

We’re looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to lead the further development and delivery of our state of the art digital Sensitivity Review Service.
