Fix complex infrastructure at pace in a busy working Environment.

As a subject matter expert in your chosen area, you’ll be asked to solve more complex technical problems, providing resolution and guidance on various issues. The job involves working closely with Infrastructure colleagues, as well as Technical Architects, Project Managers, Developers and Incident Managers, in order to fix technical problems as quickly as possible. You’ll also need to identify and escalate repeatable issues to help ensure they don’t happen again.
Work to ISO 27001 / 20000 standards and policies.

You’ll be expected to mentor junior staff members and to provide authoritative technical advice to a wide range of customers and stakeholders, including members of our change management team. It is therefore essential that you combine excellent communication skills with a solid understanding of how systems work. Specific areas of knowledge we’re looking for include:

• Active Directory
• PKI
• Powershell scripting
• DFS


It goes without saying that you’ll be a subject matter expert, you’ll also hold the following qualification:

• MS Certified
• CompTIA
• CCNA Base line Network Knowledge.

Due to the nature of some of the work you’ll be involved with, there will be times when you’re required to work on-site at Hanslope park, but where possible, we will look to accommodate working from home.

All our employees have to be security cleared to the highest level, so you’ll need to undergo a comprehensive vetting process before joining. Our advertised process is on our website, however for this role there is an additional step where at the sifting stage there will be an initial pre-screening telephone interview via MS Teams for shortlisted candidates to determine skills

This role is part of an on call rota.
