Create cost solutions that support critical government work
As a member of our senior management team, you’ll support the team to provide fully costed solutions for new bids and changes to existing service. This work will focus on delivering a smooth service within an agreed budget and return for each service line, keeping financial management in order to support the successful contract renewal. Plus, leading and managing each customer’s service delivery team, you’ll ensure live delivery is in accordance with the terms of the relevant agreements
With excellent communications skills, you’ll deliver change and continuous improvement to live services. You’ll also support the development of new commercial opportunities. What’s more, you’ll challenge your team to improve and innovate, while maintaining your own professional development and expertise to grow the business.

To be a success in this role your most important skill will relate to stakeholder management – from customers and suppliers to senior colleagues and junior members of the team. You’ll be an inspiration to everyone you meet, and a motivational leader. And as a confident and engaged problem solver with experience of working in a matrix structure, you’ll understand the importance of prioritising and communicating your thoughts and ideas clearly and concisely.
When it comes to qualifications, you’ll have ITIL and Agile Foundation level certification, and as a minimum, we’ll expect you to possess strong numerical and analytical skills. Plus, a well-grounded understanding of the IT industry and knowledge of the Defence or Cyber Security would be an advantage, as would knowledge of corporate governance and compliance.
