Provide vital support across HR teams
You’ll provide customer oriented administration support within our Policy and Employee Relations and Recruitment Team. A key part of the role will be to act as the first point of contact to handle general HR enquiries face to face, by email and over the phone. You will also be expected to provide support to the HR Business Partners and wider HR teams to deliver Key HR priorities.

Take your admin skills to a whole new level
We’re looking for someone who has already built up excellent admin skills while working in a customer-facing environment. Previous HR or recruitment experience would be good but is not essential. In fact, this would make the perfect opportunity for someone looking to make the first step in their HR career.

Given the varied and fast-moving nature of the role, it’s important that you can respond proactively to changing priorities and have a calm, organised approach. You will also need to be a strong all-round communicator who works well as part of a team. In the same breath, you’ll help us to uphold our customer promise: to be reliable, responsive and build relationships.
