Senior HR Business Partner

You’re big on collaboration and a natural communicator. Someone with expert knowledge of employment law and HR processes and procedures. You’ve got substantial experience implementing organisational change, development initiatives and people strategies. Lead and develop teams that are protecting people globally

With a track record of making effective decisions, you’ll take the lead on providing HR advice and support, as well as challenging processes to improve business performance. You’ve got a wealth of operational HR experience, which is why we’ll come to you for expert advice on people policies and best practice. Plus, you’ll support the business to ensure FCDO Services colleagues have the right skills and attitude to deliver excellent customer service every time.

Implement policies that protect the UK’s interests

When you join us, you’ll be contributing service HR policies and controls, you’ll create and lead long-term workforce plans to develop the leadership teams. You’ll support the business with organisation design, culture change, and performance and talent management. You’ll also help grow the HR strategy, feeding back to the central HR team. And you’ll coach and support senior managers in the execution of people management policies. That’s why, in everything you do, you’ll be easy to work with, reliable, responsive, and great at building to protecting the nation’s interests at home and overseas
