Customer Support Team Operative

Handle queries from key customers
Your job will be to handle correspondence from external and internal customers, helping to resolve their general enquiries and process work requests. The role also involves a wide variety of admin work, including maintaining data logs, compiling quotes and project work. You will also need to liaise regularly with colleagues, including Project Managers, Account Managers and members of design teams.

Put your communication skills to good use
No technical knowledge is needed for this role. What matters is that you are highly organised and flexible, and can deal professionally with customers over the telephone, via e-mail and in person. Working knowledge of Word and Excel is essential as is the need to be an excellent communicator who works well in a team.
