Resourcing Administrator

6 Month Fixed Term Contract

At FCDO Services, the work you do will mean more. Government-level customers in the UK and around the world rely on us to keep information, assets and people safe. Join our Recruitment team and you can contribute to this important and interesting work whilst gaining valuable experience.

Provide vital support across HR teams

You will provide customer-oriented admin support across to our Recruitment team. A key part of the role will be to handle general recruitment enquiries face to face, by email and over the phone. Other areas of responsibility will include correspondence, record-keeping and some of the admin work associated with onboarding. You will also be expected to get involved in a range of ad hoc projects and initiatives that support the delivery of the recruitment teams' wider objectives.

Take your admin skills to a whole new level

We are looking for someone who has already built up excellent admin skills while working in a customer-facing environment. Previous HR/Recruitment experience would be good but is not essential. In fact, this would make the perfect opportunity for someone looking to build on their current skills.

Given the varied and fast-moving nature of the role, it’s important that you can respond proactively to changing priorities and have a calm, organised approach. You will also need to be a strong all-round administrator who works well as part of a team.

And have a job you can be proud of

At FCDO Services, we keep information, assets and people safe all around the world. Our customers, who include the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, look to us to respond with speed, agility and innovation to their ever changing security challenges. This gives every job here added significance including yours. Become part of our diverse HR team, and you can look forward to varied and challenging work that you can be truly proud of from day one.

All our employees must be security cleared before joining us, so you’ll need to undergo a vetting process if you’re successful in your application. This role would require you to undergo Security Clearance Vetting (SC). You can find out more about vetting on our website.

It takes a diverse team to protect a diverse world.

The vital work we do takes an incredible community of colleagues, with different skills, backgrounds, cultures and identities. We support every individual, so that you always know you’re welcome and valued. It’s what makes us a Disability Confident employer. And Employers for Carers. And it’s how you know you’re joining an inspiring, inclusive organisation.
